How To Make RC Airplanes products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved, we will process your order. Your order will typically be processed within 1 hour, but could take longer depending on server download times. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.

Electronic Receipt

We will send you a confirmation email once your order is placed. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt (do not delete), and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Downloads from our servers are scanned regularly to ensure your access of our products is valid. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your download access.

Refund Policy

However, if you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will issue you a refund.

If You Have Already Downloaded Our Product

If your refund request is made after downloading our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
